Terms of Engagement - if you register & engage with us for Christmas Fundraising please read the following tems & conditions

Issue order process

Any issues should be submitted within 7 days of the school receiving the order. Failure to notify within this time scale will make the issue null and void.

All issue orders related to a school should not be submitted until the school is able to report all issues, we will only re-process orders once per school.

We will cover the delivery cost once per school if the issue/s is related to our wrong doing.

Orders

Data Issues

Orders with data issues will potentially be printed with no drawing or will fail in our workflow. (Please check you data/order sheets carefully before sending).

Deadline

Return Drawing Sheets and payment on or before 31st October 2023

Lead time

All Products will be delivered within 21 days upon receipt of your order/payment

* If payment is not received upon receipt of your artwork we will not be able to process your order and the above lead time will not apply.

* Late payment may cause unnecessary delays!
